How long until floors dry?
Floors are typically dry within 30–45 minutes. Grout can stay damp a few hours. We finish wet rooms last so the rest of the home is dry by the time we leave.
Will you move my furniture?
We move what's safely movable — couches, light dressers, dining chairs. We don't move pianos, antique armoires, or anything bolted to the wall. Mention specific pieces on the quote.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
