Our service policies.

Effective January 1, 2026

We’re committed to providing consistent, high-quality service while respecting both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule. Here’s how we keep every visit running smoothly.

  • Cancellations & rescheduling

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur a 50% service fee.
    • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
  • Payment for cleaning

    • Payment is due at the time of service.
    • Payments not received by the end of the service date will incur a $25 late fee.
  • Lock-out & access

    • Clients must ensure timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
    • If access is delayed, a wait-time fee may apply.
    • If we're unable to access the property after a reasonable timeframe, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a 50% service charge.
  • Deep cleans & move-out cleans

    • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all deep clean and move-out cleans.
    • Deposits are applied toward your total service.
  • Dishwashing

    We're happy to help keep your kitchen feeling fresh and reset.

    • Handwashing includes up to 10 items.
    • Additional dishwashing is available as a $25 add-on.
    • Dishwasher loading is included with your clean — we kindly ask that the dishwasher is empty prior to our arrival.
  • Weather & emergency rescheduling

    • In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we may need to reschedule services.
    • Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
    • No cancellation fees will apply in these situations.
  • Service-ready homes & businesses

    • Spaces should be in safe, service-ready condition.
    • Excessive clutter, biohazards, pest issues, or unsafe environments may result in service refusal or additional charges.
  • Time & scope of work

    • Pricing is based on the condition of the space at the time of booking.
    • Additional requests during service may result in additional charges.
